IFHP
The Interim Federal Health Program (IFHP) Provides Limited, Temporary Coverage Of Health-Care Benefits For Specific Groups Of People In Canada Who Don’t Have Provincial, Territorial, Or Private Health-Care Coverage. IFHP Dental Coverage Is Limited To Emergency Relief Of Dental Pain, Infection Or Trauma Only And Provides Coverage For Dentures Based On Eligibility.

NIHB
The Non-Insured Health Benefits For First Nations And Inuit Program (NIHB) Provides Eligible First Nations And Inuit Clients With Coverage For A Range Of Health Benefits That Are Not Covered Through Other Social Programs, Private Insurance Plans, Or Provincial Or Territorial Health Insurance. The Program Covers A Range Of Dental Services, Including Dentures.

The Ontario Seniors Dental Care Program (OSDCP) Is A Government-Funded Dental Care Program. It Provides Free, Routine Dental Services For Low-Income Seniors Who Are 65 Years Of Age Or Older. ODSP/OW - City Of Ottawa
Urgent Dental Care Is Available For Social Assistance (Ontario Works) Recipients And Low-Income Adults Who Qualify For Essential Health And Social Supports (EHSS). Adults Are Assessed By A City Dental Clinic To Determine Treatment. Denture Services Covered Under The Community Denture Program May Be Provided; However, The Service Must Be Pre-Approved At A City Dental Clinic.
